Popkin Brothers Enterprises, Inc. deals with commercial real estate development and investments. We are actively involved in real estate development in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Founded in 1952, Popkin Brothers began developing industrial/warehouse properties. We are the primary representative of Furniture Fair in the development of its retail locations throughout Eastern NC.

We believe in building long-term relationships with investors, developers and tenants. This is why Popkin Brothers has been so successful.

Our current tenants include: Family Dollar, Advance Auto, Ferguson, MSA, Stanadyne, Baker Distributing and Circle K. We currently manage over 1.2 million square feet of Single Tenant, Shopping Center, and Warehouse space.
